Ally and Ethan from Peaks Island

There was no better location to end this wedding season than Peaks Island in Casco Bay, Maine. With it's narrow cottage-lined streets, unending ocean views and friendly residents, when you step off of the ferry, you are immediately swept up into the charm of island life. Ally and Ethan had taken many dates to Peaks over the years, including their first trip on a chilly January day when Ethan wrote "Will you be mine?" in the snow. Check out the end of this film for a glimpse of our foggy ferry ride back to Portland!

Congratulations Ally and Ethan!

Megan and Darren from Windsor, Maine

After meeting as college freshmen in a dorm hallway, and later, spending the whole night talking at a party, Megan told her friends that she was going to marry Darren. In fact, she said that it was destiny. Fast forward 12 years to the day, and this couple said their wedding vows in an enchanting ceremony at Megan's family's beautiful property in Windsor, Maine.

Congratulations Megan and Darren!

Rikki and Tom from Kennebunkport, Maine

This wedding day was filled with stories of prom, after school locker meet-ups and AOL instant messenger chats. Rikki and Tom were high school sweethearts who met in their junior year math class. It was a blast getting to work with such a fun-loving couple and their amazing group of friends.

Congratulations Rikki and Tom!

Maura and Kevin from Samoset Resort

I always love coming back to film at the Samoset. There is something almost magical about the steady stream of passing sailboats, the rich 100 year old history and, of course, the Rockland Breakwater and Lighthouse. This elegant setting seemed perfect for Maura and Kevin...a beautiful couple both inside and out. Make sure not to miss the beautiful scenery, heartfelt ceremony and the most amazing choreographed family dance!

Congratulations Maura and Kevin!

Kylie and Tim from Shin Pond Village

Located just 15 miles outside the northern entrance to Baxter State Park, Shin Pond Village is an outdoorsman's dream and the perfect setting for Kylie and Tim's rustic wedding. From the unique beer pouring unity ceremony to the bottle cap boutonnieres, I love the way that Kylie made sure to incorporate Tim's love for craft beer into the details of the day.

Congratulations Kylie and Tim!

Joelle and Brian from Fruitlands Museum

With sweeping views overlooking the Nashua River Valley, Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA was the gorgeous setting for Joelle and Brian's August wedding. I always look forward to reuniting with past clients, and it was fun to see how Brian's family and grown since I filmed his sister's wedding three years ago. From the first look, to the vows, speeches and first dance, it was clear that Joelle and Brian are meant for each other. It certainly was a perfect day for a perfect couple.

Congratulations Joelle and Brian!

Rachel and Adam from Marianmade Farm

Nestled on the banks of the Sheepscot River, Marianmade Farm is one of the most unique and beautiful venues that I get the opportunity to film at. The natural beauty of this working flower farm is breathtaking. After an outdoor ceremony, and cocktail hour on the lawn, guests moved into the timber framed Lavender Drying House for a delicious family-style dinner provided by Fire & Co. wood-fired catering. Wedding planners Mae and Amy from Amy Mae Design helped make this dream of a wedding day a reality, and it was a pleasure to meet and work alongside Lindsay of Lindsay Conners Photography. Keep your eyes open for the amazing display of desserts provided by Nothing Bakes Like a Parrott.

Congratulations Rachel and Adam!
